Wine review: Floral in jasmine and orange blossom, this white is blended with 8% Pinot Grigio. The strong aromatics belie a simple, straightforward palate of melon and apple that shows moderate acidity - Virginie Boone S.H. - 84 points

My review: This wine is great! The main flavor I got off of the first sip was passionfruit which is one of my favorite fruits. It is also very citrusy while also being very light, smooth, and mellow. It finishes with a sweeter note, reminiscent of melon. I didn't get the white peach flavors that should be prevalent or the floral (jasmine and orange blossom) notes that Virginie Boone noted. However, this could be due to not drinking the wine chilled when wine folly recommends drinking it slightly chilled, and that would definitely bring out some of the lighter, sweeter notes that were missing, and that would enhance the wine further. I definitely would get this wine again and chill it next time, it was a very pleasant wine to drink.
I tasted this on its own with no food.
